FAQ
Answers to the most common bail bond questions.
How much does a bail bond cost?
+
In Florida, the standard premium is 10% of the total bail amount, set by state law. For example, a $10,000 bond costs $1,000. We offer flexible payment plans.
How long does it take to get released?
+
Most releases happen within 2 to 8 hours after the bond is posted. Timing depends on jail processing. We move as fast as the system allows.
Do you offer payment plans?
+
Yes. We work with most clients to set up affordable payment arrangements. Call us to discuss your situation.
What is collateral?
+
Collateral is property (cash, real estate, vehicles) used to secure the bond. Not all bonds require collateral. It depends on the bail amount and circumstances.
What information do you need to start?
+
The defendant's full name, date of birth, the jail they're being held at, and the charges/bail amount if you have it.
Are you available on weekends and holidays?
+
Absolutely. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Crime doesn't take a day off, and neither do we.
What happens if the defendant misses court?
+
A warrant is issued and the bond may be forfeited. The indemnitor (person who signed) becomes responsible for the full bail amount. We'll work with you to bring the defendant back to court.
Is everything kept confidential?
+
100%. We respect your privacy completely. Nothing is shared with employers, family, or anyone you don't authorize.
